Kaduna State gubernatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Ashiru Isa Kudan says voting for the party in next Saturday’s Governorship and House of Assembly elections will guarantee a secured and prosperous Kaduna State.

In a statement signed by the Deputy Director, Media and Publicity, PDP, Kaduna State Campaign Directorate, Reuben Buhari yesterday, Ashiru Kudan appealed to residents of the state to resist the temptation of not going out to vote even with the outcome of the Saturday 25 presidential election which might have demoralized them.

He said going out en masse to vote for the PDP next Saturday, irrespective of party differences would ensure that everyone finishes as a winner.

Ashiru, however, reminded residents of the state that not voting for PDP would pave the way for the sacking of more workers with impunity, or forcefully retiring them without benefits.

He said not voting for the PDP will certainly ensure continuation of school fees increment in Kaduna State tertiary institutions without any regard to the common man.

The Kaduna State PDP Governorship candidate further explained that abstaining from voting the PDP will lead to continuous bastardization of traditional institutions in the state without recourse to what the people genuinely desire.

He said this will be in addition to demolition of houses and shops, forceful seizures of people’s lands besides witnessing the most insecure environment that will prevent legitimate businesses from thriving.

While commending the people of the state for turning out in their numbers in the Saturday 25, 2023 presidential and National Assembly elections, the Kaduna State PDP Governorship candidate urged all to close ranks and ensure that the party comes out victorious to relieve residents of the state of the untold hardship imposed on them by the APC government.
