The Kaduna State PDP Chairman, Mr. Felix Hassan Hyat, has urged Christians to use the celebration of Christmas to reflect on the daunting challenges facing the country; share with those in need, and pray for the restoration of peace in Kaduna state and the nation at large.

Hyat who is also the Chairman PDP State Chairmen Forum gave the challenge in a Christmas message he personally signed and made available to Salama News on Saturday.

While rejoicing with Christians all over the world, particularly those in Kaduna State, the PDP Chairman said in spite of the avoidable bloodbath and many setbacks that have confronted us throughout the year, Nigerians will soon be rescued from the misrule of the APC government.

Similarly, the Governorship Candidate of the people’s Democratic Party, PDP, Alh. Isah Muhammed Ashiru, has appealed to Christians to remain optimistic in the midst of the many difficulties confronting them.

In a Christmas message issued and personally signed by him, Ashiru also urged Christians to extend the sacrificial kindness to those in need, while continuing to exhibit the virtue of love and tolerance in Kaduna State as they commit to both peace and goodwill.

He however, used the occasion to again commiserate with all those that have been affected by one security incident or the other all over the State.

He prayed for comfort to the affected and quick recovery to those injured and traumatized.
